Tami is a Creative Director based out of New York City who specializes in developing and executing authentic visual stories that bring brands to life and connects them with customers in a meaningful way, across all different channels, creating work that’s on strategy and delivers results. She brings a visual flair and conceptual excellence to her work, inspiring clients and team members to raise the creative bar.  She's traveled extensively, directing and managing large scale productions for multi-channel brands domestically and in legendary locations around the world, including New Zealand, Chile, Vietnam, Indonesia, London, Paris, Alaska, Hawaii and many places in between.


Specialties include: Creative Direction, Concept Development and Execution, Photo Art Direction, and Management of Photo Teams for large scale productions. Works closely with in-house design and merchandise teams to create editorial stories and seasonal concepts from initial mood boards through photo execution. Leads and directs photo teams, including her trusted network of world class photographers, producers, and stylists, to create an efficient workflow while fostering a collaborative, creative, and fun atmosphere. Maintains and establishes high creative standards. Responsible for delivery and execution of creative assets for all marketing cross channels. Manages and develops art directors, prop stylists, wardrobe stylists, and hair and make-up artists. Pre-production including casting models, location scouting, scheduling, planning, set design and budgeting photo shoots. Photo editing and layout design. Management of high-volume e-commerce photography, and the creation of custom photo libraries.
